Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $45
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Our return policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Sale items and opened beauty products are final sale for hygiene reasons
How to start a return
Email us at support@sirenheadmerch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 to 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
