1. Return & Refund Policy

At Annie's Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@sirenheadmerch.com or call (678) 618-4287.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and opened skincare products.
